But we aren’t just here to vent about the exhaustion. She has walked the exact road many of you are on right now—that exhausting cycle of accepting everything and setting nothing. But she didn’t stay there. She did the hard, messy work of unlearning those behaviors and has emerged as a literal Boundary Setting Queen. She knows her value, she protects her peace, and she’s here to show us that setting a boundary isn’t an act of selfishness, it’s an act of self-love, and survival.
